Well what a year that was, both personally and for Rebalance and if I was to use one word to sum it up it would be THANKFUL!

It makes a nice change not wanting to say goodbye as quick as possible to a year which has been certainly the case over the last few Covid years. A year of amazing adventures and Rebalance Sports Therapy going from Strength to Strength, Sports Therapist and pitchside cover to a rugby National Cup winning Team, a shoulder operation, crewing for one of the top trail runners in the world at UTMB, a trip to A&E in Switzerland after a trail race and finished off with probably the best weeks skiing I’ve ever had and all my family healthy and happy - yep very Thankful indeed 🤩

Thank you to all who joined me, supported me and my small business and inspired me on the journey of 2023.
