Sussex Support Service Our mission is to provide a menu of quality, support & activities for those living in Sussex.

Sussex Support Service aims to provide a good value, flexible person-centred & responsive support and activities for the whole community including those with extra care needs including people living with dementia, parkinsons, mental health issues a those who have become socially isolated and their carers. By providing a menu of activities that promote independence, and choice in a friendly comfortable settings where the community can come together meet with others to enjoy activites. We hope this will increase individuals feeling of general of wellbeing, feeling of being part of the community and through our respite services provide carers with a well earned break.

Join us today at our Uckfield Dementia Friendly Community Café for a relaxed and welcoming afternoon of connection, conversation, and fun 💙

We’re delighted to be welcoming singing duo Tilsmore, who will be joining us to share some wonderful live music 🎶✨ A perfect opportunity to enjoy familiar tunes, sing along, or simply sit back and listen in good company.

Join us this Tuesday at Foresters Hall, Uckfield 1:30–3:30pm for our dementia-friendly community café.
This week we’ll be enjoying a fun game of Roll ‘A’ Ball, along with plenty of time to chat, relax, and connect in a supportive environment.
Also free Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate & Cake!

It was a great privilege to attend last night Mayor's Carol Service at Holy Cross Church Uckfield. Margaret Dodé-Angel & Helen Preston did us proud by representing Sussex Support Service and Victoria Pavilion Arts doing a reading. Great singing from Cantando, Holy Cross Youth Choir and Soul Survivors Choir.
