Ever been caught in an embarrassing situation 😳?

I've been having outdoor ice baths 🛁 and cold showers 🚿 every day since July 1st 2023...never a problem...until today..

I totally forgot my lovely friend Ian Bedwell...the Town Crier for Uckfield Town Council!!!...and the husband of Karen Bedwell...Uckfield Town Mayor was coming to clean my windows at 7am and I was Butt Naked enjoying a hose pipe shower to the lovely sunrise!!

I've never been so embarrassed 😳...I'm so sorry Ian...I will remember to wear shorts in the future....
