Sleep is one of the foundations of good health, yet so many people struggle to switch off, fall asleep or stay asleep through the night.

Reflexology can be a gentle and effective way to support better sleep. By working specific reflex points on the feet, it helps calm the nervous system, release tension and encourage the body to move into a more relaxed, restorative state.

One of the things I hear most often from clients is that they sleep so much better the night after a reflexology treatment. If your sleep has been feeling disrupted, it may be your body’s way of asking for a little more support and time to reset.
