But, most of the time it’s not about motivation it’s that your body’s been running on stress for too long and it just doesn’t have the capacity, you don’t need to be harder on yourself, you need to support your system 🤍

Hands on assists, love them or hate them? 🤍

I’ll be honest, I love them.

There’s just something about being gently guided a little deeper into a posture. Not forced, not pushed, just supported. Like your body finds that bit more space without you having to fight for it.

That’s why I chose to do extra hands on assist training with .moves so I can guide you safely and properly, not just guess my way through it.

But in the studio, it’s always your choice.
You’ll have a card to let me know if you want assisted or not. Some days you’ll want it, some days you won’t. Both are valid.

Trust your body. It always knows 🤍

Let me tell you a story about what sound healing actually does to the body.

Most of us live in our heads, constantly thinking, planning, worrying, always switched on.
Even when we think we’re relaxed, the body stays in a low level state of stress, even when we don’t realise it.

When you lay down in a sound bath, something begins to move within.

The frequencies from the bowls start to slow your brainwaves (this is facts not woo woo), moving you out of that busy, alert state of mind and into something much deeper.

Your breath slows, Your heart rate slows.
Your nervous system starts to come out of fight or flight and into deep rest.

And this is the part I see every single time!

The body lets go 🙏🏽

People shoulders drop. Their jaw unclenches and their faces soften.

Sometimes people fall asleep (often snoring) Sometimes emotions rise and we see an emotional release and sometimes it’s just a deep, quiet stillness they haven’t felt in years.

Because your body isn’t just relaxing, it’s regulating. It’s remembering what it feels like to feel safe.

And in that space, that’s where the healing begins. 🤍

Flow ✨Sound Immersion✨
15th March | 3:00–4:30pm

I’m really excited to be offering this deeply immersive experience in the studio.

This session combines Yoga Nidra and a live sound bath, experienced through headphones, allowing you to completely withdraw from the outside world and drop into a deeply restful state.

We’ll begin with Yoga Nidra, a guided practice often described as yogic sleep. It’s a powerful way of allowing the body to rest while the mind gently unwinds. In this state, the nervous system begins to regulate, brainwaves slow down, and the body can begin to repair and restore.

From there, you’ll be guided into a fully immersive sound bath. Wearing headphones, you’ll be able to experience the sound in a much deeper and more intimate way as I play live instruments including crystal singing bowls aligned with the seven chakras, handpan, Koshi chimes, drum and shakers.

The headphones create a uniquely personal experience within the group, helping you to go deeper into the practice and allowing the vibrations and sound to be felt more clearly throughout the body.

Benefits of this experience can include:
• Deep nervous system regulation
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Improved sleep
• Emotional release
• Greater mental clarity
• A profound sense of relaxation and inner calm

You’ll be fully supported with blankets, pillows and eye pillows, so all you need to do is lie down, put the headphones on, and allow yourself to be held by the practice.

This is a bespoke experience, intentionally created to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and dive deeply into your own healing and relaxation.

There comes a point where pushing through stops working. Where burnout, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, or feeling disconnected becomes the norm.

The Flow Method was created for that moment.

Not to add more pressure, but to help you return to yourself.

A trauma-aware, nervous system supportive approach combining:

• gentle movement
• breathwork
• stillness & meditation
• sound healing
• guided reflection

to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and create space for healing and clarity. Because real change happens when the body feels safe.

After years working in mental health, and through my own healing journey, I saw how many people were surviving rather than living.

This method blends professional insight with lived experience to support deep, lasting change.
