what a weekend!!!

I had the most amazing time teaching KCR Level 1 congratulations to Jackie Canale, she travelled all the way from Spain, and Maureen Mogaka, who travelled even further from Kenya.
they both stayed engaged, asked great questions, and supported each other. I’m proud of how much they grew in such a short time, and this is only the beginning!

so so grateful to share this amazing protocol.

I wanted to share some exciting news regarding the growth of my practice. I am thrilled to announce that I am now offering training in Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)\! This is a significant step, and I'm looking forward to sharing this valuable knowledge with others.

The first training date went live for bookings this morning, and I'm incredibly grateful to share that it is already fully booked. The demand has been fantastic, and it truly underlines the interest in KCR. I'll be sure to keep you updated on future training dates and developments.
