Cannot recommend this enough - Joanne has helped me so much over the last 5 years.
I honestly don't think I would have been able to continue working. Years of wrong diagnosis from a GP who only wanted to fill me with prescription pain killers that did nothing to help - between the KCR and Joanne's advice and help I have not lost a days work since.
