As many of you know I'm a registered nurse with a passion for helping people feel their best. At my clinic, I offer acupuncture to help with pain, aid fertility and support wellbeing, as well as Cryopen treatments - a quick and effective way to treat skin imperfections such as warts, skin tags, sun spots and more.

This is a TRIGGER point.
The compressed tight muscle does not like being unable able to move and stretch.

Muscle fibres produce lactic acid ( in a bubble like structure) which compounds the problem causing PAIN.

Easily deactivated by dry needling, restoring happy muscle & happy patient.
