Hi everyone,
I’m Louisa and I’m a holistic physio who has recently moved to Dingwall in Ross-Shire…I absolutely love it here:-)

I’m going to be starting at Green Oak Clinic in Dingwall on Wednesdays from the 2nd of July and so am excited to be offering sessions to help anyone.

I use many manual therapy techniques including cranial, visceral and neural work, joint and soft tissue mobilisation and exercise rehab.

I’ve worked in elite sport in triathlon and mountain running, worked with complex and chronic conditions such as Parkinson’s, Chronic Fatigue and migraine and have a special interest in head and brain trauma, concussion and nervous system issues. I also enjoy working with pregnancy related pains and pelvic pain.

I enjoy any challenge, will work hard for you to get you back doing what you love in less discomfort.

I believe in holistic approaches when it comes to healing the body and mind.

I've been on my own journey over the years with my health and came to Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) specifically after a traumatic birth with my first son.
KCR gave me faith in my body again and showed me that the body can be "reset" and begin to heal itself.

I'm looking forward to sharing KCR with you so you can experience its wide range of benefits for yourself.

I'm making the most of my snow day today. For those of you who have experienced the benefits of receiving Kinetic Chain Release and want to learn how to use the same protocol to help your friends and family or add these skills into your professional practice, I'm running a KCR1 course in February in Strathpeffer. I'm going to be snowed in at home for the next couple of days at least so have plenty of time to answer questions. I hope you're all staying warm and cosy.
