Hello everyone,

I've recently undertook a yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, India.

I'm now offering a yoga class at Nirodhah studio (in Ulverston town centre) 6 weeks block from 9th of January on Thursday at 9.30am - 11am for £78 maximum of 8 students. There will be mix of Hatha/Vinyasa/Iyengar for beginners with traditional Indian yoga practice style where I've been learning from.

It's been an honour to start my yoga teaching journey at Nirodhah Studio. I've learned so much about yoga life this year. It all began on my 200hr yoga teacher training in Rishikesh which inspired me to practice daily and then having the opportunity to lead sessions with the yoga community in Ulverston who have been just wonderful to practice with.
