Movement Magic Uplifting gentle movement classes, workshops and retreats Hi, I'm Hanna! It enables people to connect body, mind, emotions and spirit.

I love dance and movement and I want to share the joy I experience when I listen to my body and move it in a way that feels good. As an occupational therapist specialising in sensory integration and a Nia White Belt, I am able to combine my knowledge of the body's sensory needs with practical movement teaching. Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from dance arts, martial arts and healing arts. By engaging the senses and listening to the body, participants can discover, explore, unleash and enhance their individual potential and become the most authentic and alive version of themselves.

No class next Friday 22nd November. Then we're back on every Friday 9.30am. Last class before Christmas is Friday 20th December and we restart Friday 10th January 💃🕺

We are on every Friday including the Easter holidays. Children and grandchildren welcome for the holiday sessions 😊
