I’m in📍Salzburg this week for a week-long seminar, Advancing Together: Empowering Diverse Leadership in Public Policy.

I’m presenting on decolonisation with two other fellows from the UK. The seminar is the culmination of a yearlong fellowship on public policy. This fellowship & seminar is hope-giving. When people & organisations resource dialogue & action — it renews me & gives me fuel. Thank you for the space & support. 🙏🏾✨

Changing Seasons ✨

The next two Wednesdays will be my last classes .yogastudio. 🧘🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️Class times & signup in bio.

Teaching yoga the past year has been an enormous source of purpose, community and belonging. Thank you to .yogastudio and the community that manifested & breathed life into this part of who I am. 💖

One of my friends & students brought their husband to a back-to-back Dynamic Intermediate Yoga Class & a Yoga Nidra Class.

After leaving the studio he asked her, “Shall we do that again next week?”

JOY 💖 is the word I’m looking for.

My husband joined me for Yoga classes for the first time in Nirodhah Studio with Monique Golden Wild Yoga - intermediate Vinyasa Yoga and then following with Meditation Yoga Nidra - he found himself rejuvenated after a draining day...... he said to me 'we shall do this again next week'
