Come and join me to experience sound healing for your wellbeing. Make yourself cosy and comfortable on the floor or a chair and let the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and other instruments wash over, through and around you, releasing tension and stress.
A time to rest deeply and quiet the busy mind.
Sound is a gentle but powerful way to reset your whole self, to find the peace within.
I love to work with the seasons, the wheel of the year and the cycles of the moon.

Tuesday Yoga for All at Ford Park, Ulverston starting April 14th - May 19th.

“I teach a slow paced, mindful, breath- led style of yoga with the intention to make it accessible to all. My classes are suitable for complete beginners.
You are invited to go at your own pace, rest when you need and I offer different options to suit each person.
We work on gentle sequences and explore different poses, breathing techniques and finish with a relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls.
Not only does yoga help with mobility and strength it can help us to find a quiet space within away from our busy lives.
Most importantly it is enjoyable and something you want to do again. We have enough challenges in life and yoga is about finding a sense of peace and steadiness.”
