* Until I was 46 I was relatively slim and healthy (left picture).
* After a traumatic leg injury, that also created 4 blood clots, and years of high doses of warfarin, my body changed and I gained 3 1/2 stone (right picture).
* Research shows the lymphatic system is affected by many things including prescription meds, pesticides, chronic stress, infections, poor nutrition, poor fluid intake, and lack of exercise. A then weakened lymphatic system can promote fat storage and excess fat.
