Roots to Wellbeing & Holistic Health Festival held at the Castle Green Hotel, Kendal in the beautiful Lake District.

My first ever event to promote The Joy Of Bowen. I enjoyed chatting and demonstrating the Bowen Technique to many who had never heard of the modality before, even managed to book some sessions!
Big thanks to Tom my chauffeur and moving man for the day.
