Hello & Welcome to Highcrest Counselling & Therapies. I offer a range of Intuitively lead holistic services in my beautiful healing room. I am Person Centred Counsellor trained, an Angelic Usui Reiki Master healer, trained in Facial Acupressure, Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage and Angel Card Tarot, and also offer the amazingly, wonderful vibrational medicine of Crystal healing as a Crystal Therapist. I work guided by my intuition for the highest of good, utilising my skills to reach a positive wellbeing outcome for the client. Conducted with Care and Compassion, encompassing Spirituality, Thought, Intuition, Intent and Wisdom.

Highcrest approaches energy healing upon a Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical level. I have always been interested in the aspect of helping others to heal, and working in a way that feels right and best for that individual. My path started many years ago working with Dream analysis; I was always captivated by my dreams and wondered what they truly meant. From this lead to my interest in Counselling to which I pursued until qualifying as a Person-Centred Counsellor and upon placement I was first introduced to Angelic Usui Reiki, and most recently pursued my fascination of Crystals and complemented with my Diploma course. I am also looking to incorporate the beauty of crystal healing within my Counselling practice; a beautiful combination of exploring issues and feelings with the gentle power of vibrational medicine.

~Person-Centred Counselling~ This is a pure facilitation of genuine, unconditional positive regard and empathy that helps the client to explore their issues and feelings to enable them to reach their own answers and solutions. A unique and beautiful therapeutic relationship created in a non-directive manner to empower the client for the highest of good. I have many years working within the Mental Health field and can help with many issues Anxiety & Depression, Bereavement & Loss, Intrusive Thoughts using the FEAR model, Trauma & Abuse, Personality Disorder, MBIR—Mindful Based Inner Repatterning.

~Angelic Usui Reiki Healing~ I have recieved Reiki for various reasons for many years prior to my own training in the practice. Usui Reiki was founded by Dr Mikao Usui. This was complemented with Angelic healing from my own Reiki Master Teacher. Reiki is a connection to Universal Life Force for the purpose of healing. Reiki uses this Universal energy to ignite the light of awareness and balances the bodies chakra system; channelled from the Universe through the healer into the Client helping to create a balance and helps to release any blocks. Reiki is not a religion.

~ Crystal Healing ~ The aim of crystal healing is to bring the body back to a harmonious balance from dis-ease to ease back to its natural state and to eliminate toxins from the body. I intuitively place crystals upon the body throughout the Chakra system and through a variety of treatments ~ Chakra balancing ~ Trinity Energy Flow ~ Diamond Upgrade ~ Jin Shin Jyutsu Energy Lock Points ~ Massage & Reflexology ~ Mandalas ~ Grids & Astrological Glyphs ~Meditation with Crystals ~ and Counselling with Crystals.

~ Indian Head Massage ~ Originated as part of the ancient Indian practice of medicine called Ayurveda, based on balancing the body, mind and spirit to promote a long life and encourages the body’s natural healing powers. This traditional massage therapy that has its own unique techniques. It involves an application of massage to the shoulders, back, arms, neck, head and face. Another deeply relaxing and pleasurable therapy!

~ Facial Acupressure ~ An ancient healing art that was developed in Asia which through applying pressure to the bodies acupressure points helps to stimulate the body’s natural self-healing abilities. An ideal therapy for the relief of physical and emotional pain and imbalances, stress-related ailments, can boost the immune system, increase energy levels and has many other benefits for the body through working directly with the body. By relieving stress this therapy helps to strengthen its resistance to disease and promotes an overall sense of well-being. A deeply relaxing and pleasurable therapy!

~Hopi Ear Candling~ Known as Thermal Auricular Therapy is a non-invasive treatment of the ears, used to treat a variety of conditions. The candles induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which can soothe and relax the muscles. It could be used to relieve ear, sinus, nose and throat and head issues as well as stimulating the lymph system and the metabolism of the body.

~ Angel Tarot Card Readings ~ I use the safe and gentle Angel Tarot cards as a tool for the purpose of uplifting and positive connection and guidance. Angel Tarot cards derived from the original Tarot used to Help, Heal and Guide the client with messages of Inspiration, Healing and Guidance. I must state they are used for an entertainment basis.

~Highcrest Create ~ I create individual pieces made from a range of materials; natural elements, pebbles, shells and crystals inspired by Angels, the Earth and the ocean. ‘Angelsea Shores’ are Anglesey sea shore inspired creations. Gifts and intuitive pieces of decorative Art; Appreciating the oceans finest treasures through observation, seeking out, collecting and creating. These pieces give a sense of therapeutic and joyful well being to the creator at Highcrest. Tell me about your requirements and I will create a unique piece of beauty!
