We had the pleasure to welcome energetic, vibrant, filled with emotion and colourful costumes Colores Mexicanos dancers who were fantastic 🥰
Their performance filled our hearts with positive energy and movement - residents, staff and guests had a wonderful afternoon on Saturday, much laughter as we joined in with the Mexican dance followed by tasty traditional dishes all made by our talented chefs. Let's keep dancing 🤩🥳👏

Big thank you to artists Deb and Chris from Dead Good Days for facilitating creative and fun packed activity for us. We enjoyed making marigold flowers and learning about Mexican traditions in relaxed and homely environment 🌸
We look forward to another creative activity tomorrow morning followed by fun entertainment by Colores Mexicanos dancers and themed refreshments in afternoon 🇲🇽 💃🏻🌮

Today, Friday 21 April marks an occasion dedicated entirely to celebrating the UK's most beloved brew 🫖 🇬🇧
To celebrate this special occasion we enjoyed themed afternoon with music by talented singer Mike Sidaway 🎶 whilst sipping variety of selection teas alongside with tasty sandwiches and scones🧁 🍰 🎉

Stress Awareness Month has been held every April since 1992 to increase public awareness about both the causes and cures for our modern stress epidemic.
Many aspects of life can cause stress, but there are lots of tips and coping strategies to help you manage your mental health and wellbeing in the workplace on websites including the charities Mentalhealthuk Mind and the Stress Management Society.
Our team members encouraged to take a break and try out yoga and meditation taster sessions facilitated by the Activates Team - these sessions help bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind 🫶
