I am delighted to have received this email from Goodwood. I’m hoping that I am invited to participate next year. It was an amazing experience. A wonderful venue to promote Reiki for both people and animals. I had a lovely time exploring all the different offerings for the dogs and my dog, Max, loved it too.

Last day at Goodwoof went really well. Photo of people coming in to participate in the session. I had some really lovely feedback on the session, it was great to see so many people and dogs totally relaxed and absorbing the energy, especially with so much noise and distraction going on outside the tent. Quite frankly, it was an amazing experience and I’m so grateful for the chance to have done it.

I had a fabulous first day in the Randox tent at Goodwoof sharing Reiki. It was my first time doing such a large group session so I was initially nervous. The last session was a really lovely, relaxing one and I was surprised to see Clare Balding join us and sit with my dog, Max.
I’m back in the Randox tent at 1200 Sunday 18th May. I understand that tickets are available on the gate at Goodwoof for Sunday. There are so many activities you can do with your dog but there were also quite a few dog lovers there without dogs. If you’re at Goodwoof please come along and join me for a tranquil half hour, I’d love to see you there.

I’m starting up Reiki Shares again but instead of being an evening get together, they will be on a Saturday afternoon from 3pm to 5pm. I will be holding the shares at my home and reiki room in Bracklesham Bay so places will be limited. Refreshments will be available. The share is open to all reiki practitioners of any level, including students.

If you are interested in learning reiki yourself, I offer reiki one and reiki two courses.
My next reiki one course is 16th and 17th March. On this course you will learn the origins and lineage of reiki and how reiki can play an important part in your day to day life as well as the practical skills of how to give reiki treatments to yourself and others.
Book early to avoid disappointment as my classes have limited spaces.

After the madness of summer and the latter heatwave, now is the time to start looking after yourself. Reiki is ideal for restoring your equilibrium, replenishing your energy and reminding you of your true self.
I have a few appointments left for September and am taking bookings for treatments in October. I am also looking at dates for courses. If you are interested in learning reiki, please contact me as I am quite happy to do one to one courses as well as the classes.
I will also be restarting the reiki shares after the summer break.
