So who is our Hatha Yoga Class designed for?

☑️ People who like traditional Yoga
☑️ People who like classes at room temp
☑️ People ready to move on from beginner

Hatha Yoga is the foundation from which all other Yoga styles originate... which makes it ‘a traditional class for the purists’.

Hatha is created for those who prefer their class NOT to be HOT. Or for those who love our signature Hot Yoga classes but also like doing Yoga at room temperature now and again.

It’s also a great class if you are moving on from the Beginner Class or want to slow it down a bit from our Power Classes.

HATHA YOGA takes place every Monday at 6:15pm and Friday at 9:30am.

🚨 NEW CLASS ALERT: the second new 30-minute class will be LIFT.

This is the first of our Fitness Classes onto the timetable.

We know you love your Yoga, but sometimes it’s nice to mix up your routine and add something a little different.

These Dumbbell Based 30-Minute Training Sessions sure will LIFT your energy and perhaps a muscle or two.

You can book a LIFT class on a Tuesday or Thursday at 6:00am or 7:00am as well as a Thursday at 6:15pm.

A single 30-Minute Class costs £10
Or you can get an Unlimited Membership and come to as many classes at YogaKave as you like.

🚨 NEW CLASS ALERT: Introducing Two New 30-Minute Classes to the timetable.

The first is EXPRESS YOGA.

This, *room temperature* class is aimed at people who may have a more busy day ahead but still want to get their Yoga done!

Perhaps you are new to Yoga and like the sound of shorter classes?!

You can book an Express Class for £10. And we are testing these classes with one on Wednesday at 6:00am and 12:30pm. Also Friday at 7:00am.
