                                            Living a healthy lifestyle doesnât have to be complicated. The basics â getting enough sleep đ´ , eating real food đĽ, moving your bodyđ, and managing stress đ§đžââď¸ â have stood the test of time. What our bodies and minds need hasnât changed, only trends have!
So, whatâs the real challenge? For many of us, itâs not about what to do â itâs about how to make it work in real life (and how to stick with it!)
Thatâs where our new Community Health Group comes in. Itâs designed to support you with practical tools and knowledge around physical, emotional, and mental health. And, more importantly, itâs about helping you figure out how to put those ideas into action. Being part of a group offers accountability, encouragement and connection which is invaluable. and youâll be supported by a UK certified Health Coach.
Best of all, itâs completely FREE! All you need to bring is an open mind and a notebook.
Our first meeting is on Wednesday, September 10th, 7:30â8:30pm at the Pavilion Studio, from then on weâll meet on the first Wednesday of every month (Oct 1st is the next one).
