Christmas Opening Hours at the Pavillion!

The Pavillion Cafe will be closed from 17th December 2025 until 9am on Monday 5th January 2026!

The building will still be open to customers accessing our classes and therapies which will continue as per individual practitioners holiday hours.

As you know, at The Pavilion we’re passionate about offering classes, therapies, and workshops with our wonderful team of health & wellbeing practitioners. October Community Health Group (Oct 1st at 7.30pm)

October is - and we’re taking about it! 🗣️

Menopause is a natural phase of life but many women are caught off guard by how it affects not only their bodies, but their minds, relationships, work and their sense of self. Just because it’s natural doesn’t mean it’s easy, or that you just have to get on with it!

We’ll be diving into the real stuff - the brain fog, the mood swings, the weight gain and all the other “what is happening to my body and/or mind?!” moments.

This month’s Health Club session is all about turning confusion into clarity and overwhelm into practical next steps.

We will be joined by Health & Menopause Coach Sue Saunders, who specialises in coaching women through this stage of life with science based tools and and actionable advice that really makes a difference.

Let’s move from knowledge to action! Every woman’s experience will differ but, with evidence based information, support from those around us and a willingness to do things differently, it will inevitable make things easier.

With a blend of education and practical advice we can discuss how to take action, overcome obstacles and build confidence through change.
See you on October 1st at 7.30 (Pavilion Studio).

October is - and we’re taking about it! 🗣️

It's not too late to book your FREE wellness consolation at our Community Festival this Saturday 6th September .

We have Massage, Beauty Therapy and Skin Consultations with Chantelle VanVliet, (info@chantellevanvliet.co.uk) Neurodiversity Assessment consultations with Neurodiverse Online (admin@neurodiverseonline.com) and Hypnotherapy consultations with Phil Knox (phil@phhypnosis.com) All are absolutely FREE but please book by emailing with individual practitioners to secure your spot.

Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated. The basics — getting enough sleep 😴 , eating real food 🥕, moving your body🏓, and managing stress 🧘🏾‍♀️ — have stood the test of time. What our bodies and minds need hasn’t changed, only trends have!

So, what’s the real challenge? For many of us, it’s not about what to do — it’s about how to make it work in real life (and how to stick with it!)

That’s where our new Community Health Group comes in. It’s designed to support you with practical tools and knowledge around physical, emotional, and mental health. And, more importantly, it’s about helping you figure out how to put those ideas into action. Being part of a group offers accountability, encouragement and connection which is invaluable. and you’ll be supported by a UK certified Health Coach.

Best of all, it’s completely FREE! All you need to bring is an open mind and a notebook.

Our first meeting is on Wednesday, September 10th, 7:30–8:30pm at the Pavilion Studio, from then on we’ll meet on the first Wednesday of every month (Oct 1st is the next one).

🚨 The illegal encampment has now left Keepers Green — thank you to Chichester Police for their swift action.
💚 Huge thanks to the Little Learners team and our brilliant volunteers, who cleared 10 bags of waste this morning (collected by CDC). A few small bits of litter may remain, so please take care with children and pets.
🏏 Aldwick Cricket Club will be playing tomorrow — do show them some support if you’re passing!
