We have the Deep Trauma Masterclass starting 4th of November.

The program will allow you to dig deep into your past and help make peace with your pieces!

All sessions will be recorded. We will have 4 live sessions on Monday and Thursday over the two weeks starting on November 4th, which will last approximately 1 hour. There will also be a dedicated what’s app support group for this two week duration and beyond.

I’ve mediated between two kinds of couples and dynamics.

One is the transactional and victim mentality paradigm where it’s about gaining points as to who’s hurt the other the most.

The second is where they genuinely want to stay together and find a solution to a block and where they want to adopt a grow together dynamic.

It goes without saying which family/couple benefits more from healing. Where the mindset is one of change and forgiveness, they are already coming for help for all the right reasons.

It should not be about gaining sides in a session. It should be about awareness and healthy change.

Burning the midnight oil, and came across this. It’s not mine so Credits to the Author;Unknown.

Because, before self-love becomes a liberation, it is first a burden. Well, there’s the anger at who treated you poorly when you didn’t know to ask for better treatment. The anger at yourself for what you’ve allowed. There’s the grief for lost time. There’s the strangling necessity to push people, things, ideas out, out, out because there’s no room for them. There’s the loneliness and isolation that accompanies the growth of self. There’s the new boundary lines, the new range of the word no, the opening of eyes that would rather be shut, and the terrifying realization that love isn’t synonymous with joy. It’s synonymous with growth.
And growth isn’t bliss. It never was. It was a lie that said love would be white-teethed smiles on beaches.
The pinnacle of self-love is not endless ecstasy.
It is a heartbreaking process of undoing the life your unloved self built, brick by unworthy
brick.

Until we do not recognise what the anxiety, sadness, anger is trying to tell us, I.e what needs healing, we will keep getting the same emotion controlling us, and stay in an heightened state of reactivity.

Until you do not master sitting alone with your emotions, analysing, controlling, processing and letting go, you will constantly repeat your pattern; whether addiction, staying busy, or staying absent.

So sit with it and allow yourself the time to process, understand, take accountability and release.

Awareness allows you to listen.
Awareness allow you to process.
Awareness allows you to learn.
Awareness allows you to let go.
