Been away for a while, distracted by this thing called life! But we are back, myself and Yolanda, and we have something exciting planned…this is a message from Yolanda:When I met Vic Waugh we instantly bonded over a shared love of dance, nature, yoga, meditation, and breathwork. With the equally fabulous Becks Trece we arranged nature walks, started a daily meditation group, Vic showed me the magic of forrest bathing and I had us in fits of giggles practicing laughing yoga.
We decided to start working together 2 years ago and have been slowly developing a course called ‘a 28 day journey to a smiling mind’. It’s a series of meditative audio guides, 2 - 15 minutes in length, building awareness, exploring connection, learning how to embrace life’s difficulties, and practice self-care.
I’ve been listening to these guides over the last week while going through some tough personal times and it’s been fabulous for reminding me to have a daily practice.
I’d like to start sharing what we’ve made, it’s not perfect, but it’s ready to get out there, so from October 1st I’d like to get a small group of Beta Testers into a WhatsApp group where I’ll share the daily audio for 28 days. It would be great to get some honest feedback, so if you want to get involved, send me a DM and I’ll put you in the group
