It still have not sunk in! Ebba and I are moving to Ireland! As of tomorrow we have an Irish address. I am going to be more hands on with the horses and have a few new ideas to try. A frosty morning in June! Everything is crisp and icy cold. A weird time warp. After a winter with next to no frost I found it hard to believe that the world turned frosty in June. It looked very pretty and thankfully didn’t visibly affect my plants.

Sleep is really important! Far more than we make it out to be. We go to bed late and are up at the crack of dawn. Seize the day!!!! We don't realise, that we are burning our life candle from both ends. Many of us suffer from burnout, brain fog and a plethora of other health issues, just because we don't get enough sleep.
I get it! Sometimes it is hard to actually sleep, that's when it is ok to just take a step back and introduce some help.
