Listen to Your Body – It’s Always Speaking to You
Our bodies are constantly communicating with us—if we’re willing to listen. Every sensation, every ache, every emotional response is a message.
Feelings are meant to be felt, not buried. When we suppress emotions or ignore what our body is trying to tell us, it doesn’t just go away. Instead, it finds another way to get our attention—whether through stress, tension, exhaustion, or even illness.
Think of those uncomfortable sensations like a nagging child. At first, they whisper, hoping you’ll notice. If you ignore them, they get louder. And if you keep pushing them aside, they eventually scream or act out in ways you can’t ignore.
Tuning into your body may feel uncomfortable at first, but it’s the key to true well-being. Take a moment to pause, breathe, and ask yourself:

When you start listening, you can begin healing.
