It’s that word 👀, that pain that can be felt going down the leg from the lower back. This ache may be felt in the glutes but it can radiate down the back, outside and front of the leg.

Onset is sudden following activities like heavy lifting but gradual onset can occur too. The pain is often described as shooting.

Typically symptoms are only on one side of the body. The nerve point is below the ankle bone.🦶

The beautiful thing… reflexology can support in managing sciatica pain. You don’t have to avoid therapies like reflexology, if anything regular bookings can help manage various ailments and symptoms.

They take care of our little people five days a week (can vary for others) but I know there are some really wonderful teachers, assistants and lots of figures in our children’s lives.

I’ve been pondering what could be a lovely gift as term comes to a close in July and this was the final decision, especially knowing it’s a perfect time for those figures to take some time and destress.

Just wanted to share I have little bundles like this but can also bring together a gift voucher if you wanted to spend just a little more.
