Huge congratulations to Selina, one of our fantastic Reablement Support Workers in the WEST team, who was Highly Commended in the Chief Executive’s Award at last night’s WOW2026 ceremony!

Selina was nominated for her exceptional professionalism, quick thinking and confidence during an unexpected situation while on duty. She acted calmly, followed all the right steps, and ensured everything was managed safely before notifying her Senior, demonstrating incredible dedication to our values and the way we work.

Her actions truly reflect the best of Our Identity and the outstanding service we strive to deliver for our residents every day.

⭐ 🎉 Congratulations to Reablement North Senior Admin Officer Sarah, who recently passed her L3 Business Administration apprenticeship! 🎉 ⭐ Here’s what Sarah had to say:

"I wanted to upskill and gain a qualification, and I was given the opportunity to undertake the Level 3 apprenticeship. It was a bit daunting as I hadn’t done any study since school many years ago, but I had a lot of support and encouragement from my tutor as well as my Team Leader. Modules I studied included communication, principles of business, project management, understanding finance, and IT skills. I also had the opportunity to shadow different job roles within Reablement including Head of Service. To gain the award, I had to pass the End Point Assessment, which included two exams (one was an optional maths exam, which I took to brush up my skills!) a project presentation and a professional discussion based on my portfolio. I’m thrilled to bits to have passed and am looking forward to using my newfound skills within my current job role."

⭐ Meet Kieran, our North Team Physiotherapist, who joined Reablement in October 2025! ⭐

“I’ve recently joined Wiltshire Council as the first Physiotherapist within the Reablement team, and it’s been a fantastic start. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the team and working out in the community, supporting people to regain confidence and independence in their own homes. My motto is simple: if I can do just one thing that can make someone's day, then that was a good day. I’m proud to be part of a service that puts people’s goals at the heart of everything we do.”

✨ South Hub Baby Shower Surprise! ✨

Today, our South Provider team came together to celebrate something truly special. We surprised three amazing ladies with a mini baby shower to mark the exciting journey ahead as they prepare to welcome their little bundles of joy! 💕

Both Support Worker Amy and Allocator Steph are heading off on maternity leave in the next few days, expecting their arrivals in March. And just when Registered Manager Kerry thought she was simply joining the fun, we surprised her too—she’s due in May! The look on her face was priceless! 🥰

The event was filled with love, laughter, and heartfelt moments. Our South team contributed towards some beautiful gifts, and we are so grateful for everyone’s generosity.
We couldn’t be more excited for what the next few months hold for these incredible women—the joy, the memories, and the new adventures that await. 🌸

Congratulations Amy, Steph, and Kerry—you’ve got a whole team cheering you on every step of the way! 💖
