🌟 Acting‑Up Opportunity 🌟

As Registered Manager Kerry begins her maternity leave, we are pleased to share that Caroline has stepped into the Acting Registered Manager role for the service.

This acting‑up opportunity recognises Caroline’s strong progression within Reablement — from Team Leader, to Assistant Team Manager, and now into a position providing leadership continuity and oversight during this period.
Reflecting on the opportunity, Caroline said:

“I began my career in Reablement as a Team Leader, where I focused on supporting individuals to regain their independence and confidence. This role taught me the importance of compassionate leadership and being present for both the people we support and my colleagues. From there, I progressed to the role of Assistant Team Manager, taking on greater responsibilities for service quality, team development, and operational delivery. Each challenge I faced strengthened my belief in what our team can achieve. Most recently, I have had the privilege of stepping into the role of Acting Registered Manager, covering Kerry’s maternity leave. This opportunity has allowed me to lead the service, continue to shape its direction, champion our values, and support a team I am enormously proud of.”

We would like to wish Kerry all the very best during her maternity leave and congratulate Caroline on this well‑deserved acting‑up opportunity. 💜
