Regulamin/statute

Terms & Conditions – Blend of Shadows

Appointment Booking

1. An appointment is confirmed only after the deposit has been paid.
No deposit = no guaranteed booking.
2. The deposit is non-refundable and secures your appointment slot.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be lost.

Rescheduling Policy

3. If you would like to reschedule your appointment:

• More than 72 hours before the appointment – one free reschedule is possible.

• Less than 72 hours before the appointment – rescheduling is only possible after paying the remaining balance for the service.

4. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in the appointment being automatically removed from the calendar and the deposit being forfeited.

Late Arrivals

5. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment without a refund of the deposit.

Appointment Cancellation

6. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Preparation for the Appointment

7. Clients should arrive without makeup unless agreed otherwise.
The skin should be cleansed and prepared for the service.

Skin Condition & Hygiene

8. In the case of skin infections, cold sores, allergic reactions, or other contagious skin conditions, the appointment may be cancelled for hygiene and safety reasons.

Payment

9. The remaining balance for the service is payable on the day of the appointment (cash or bank transfer, depending on prior arrangements).
