If you have told someone a hundred times but they still ‘aren’t getting it’ or ‘changing it’ then my question would be what is the real the problem here? Lack of understanding? Lack of wanting to change? Or the teacher not putting the boundaries which need to be reenforced?

The world we live in is a reflection of our actions & choices. Sometimes that’s really hard to hear & sometimes we want someone to blame. The honest answer here is that blame doesn’t work it holds you back, hate doesn’t work it holds you back and pretending that you are ok doesn’t work either unfortunately.

Still energy is not calm or happy energy, still energy is controlled energy.

When you are happy & calm your energy flows like a tap, when your energy is still it doesn’t more, no movement holds you back.

I have had the pleasure of consistently & continuously meeting people who sometimes make my heart ache because of the circumstances I’m meeting them, but amazing me with how kind & loving they are. I truly believe that good people with big hearts are in abundance.

I see such wonderful people on a daily basis who need just a little re-route back to where they need/want to be.

Don’t concentrate on the bad, look for the good! We are an army of people waiting to spread love and support to whatever needs it.

It’s all about perspective. The way you see things and ultimately the way children see things is a direct reflection of the environment that surrounds them.

You may think social media & television doesn’t help them formulate their views on the world but it does.

You may feel that you are strong enough and intelligent enough not to absorb the negativity but your not, no one is.

One of the best things I’ve done for myself this year is removed myself from mindless scrolling and I’m definitely a happier person for it.

Self love is not just about going to a spa or nailing your nails, it’s about doing the inner work which makes you happier and more at peace.

Can you do the work yourself? Yes you can but you need to understand what work you need to do first, you need a direction and a purpose otherwise the task becomes overwhelming.
