We meet in Boultham Park, car park, down hall drive.
Everyone is welcome!!
Now the sun gets up at 4am (I took my dogs for a walk at 4.10 this morning and no torch needed)
It's beautiful and light โ™ก

No one gets left behind!

We do a lap of the park which is around 1 mile.
Then if you need to go, we finish the loop back at the car park.

If you want to do another lap, we do another lap,
and IF you want to do another one, I'll do a 3rd one with you.
No running, just walking & talking.

A positive start to the day.

Words will never convey the pride I have for our Jo Spink โ™ฅ๏ธ

Jo very uncomfortably hobbled into our group in physical discomfort and simply walking, sitting, standing and just living caused her constant pain.
Her prognosis was pretty grim, but her fight was obvious โ™ก

Every week our Jo has attended group, and stayed to IMAGE therapy.

Jo's permanent consistency in creating healthy meals has not only allowed her to lose 7 stones 3ยฝlb to reach her target this week, but she also followed our body magic plan to the letter by starting with three lots of 15 mins activities a week, for 4 weeks to achieve her bronze certificate, and she slowly increased her time and effort walking and strength training gradually.

Jo now exercises a minimum of 5 times a week for at least an hour at a time.
I think Jo's proudest moment was when she managed to carry her teenage daughter to the car after her having an accident and injuring her leg โ™ก
Jo competes at her gym in weight training & fitness competitions, and last week ran her fastest 5km to date at 30mins 50 secs!!!! (Average female time is 38mins!!)

It has been the BIGGEST honour watching Jo transform every part of her life, and she gives 100% in every aspect of her mantle.
