Happy Friday!
I hope you’ve had a good week. I’ve been really busy again and have seen some really positive outcomes for clients.

I’m in clinic today and also tomorrow morning. I have quite a few people with phobias to see, which is common at this time of year as people are getting ready for their holidays. Who wants to jet off for a week deserved break and be dreading the flight, or the creepy crawlies or possibly the fear of being in an enclosed space?

I’ll be fitting in lots of time for fresh air and dog walks too, of course!

Are you dreading your summer holiday? Maybe it’s because you’re scared of flying? You may have a real phobia of creepy crawlies, or you can’t imagine spending all those hours on a flight without smoking or va**ng. This is my favourite time of year, I love the light mornings and the warmer days. There's something really special about going out for an early morning walk with my dogs, especially after a really great night's sleep!

If you don't sleep well though, that early morning walk probably sounds more like a nightmare and just getting through the day can be daunting. The first thing that I do when people come to see me is ask them about their sleep, if they are struggling in this area I look at ways to help them to improve this.

Whatever you have planned for this week, I hope that you have restful nights and get to spend some time outside, even if it's just 5 minutes here and there during your busy schedule.

This lady found herself feeling stressed, burnt out and overwhelmed, like many of us do during this point in our lives. We have busy jobs, or business to contend with, families and homes to run, and then the menopause comes along. We often feel like we've lost ourselves and unable to keep clarity and control.

I'm so pleased to say that after working together for 12 weeks, this lady is now sleeping much better, taking time out for self care and is making much healthier eating choices. We should be proud to reach a point in our lives where we have achieved so much, both personally and professionally, and we sometimes just need a little help to relax, take stock and enjoy where we are.

Did you know that I offer walk and talk therapy too? Some of my regular clients like to mix and match and take their sessions outside when we have nice weather.
There is something quite special about this and we have some beautiful walks here in Cheshire.

You don't have to be really fit, or able to walk for miles. Just join me for a leisurely stroll, enjoy the benefits of nature and solution focused therapy.

Happy Saturday!
Have you had a busy week too? I hope you've got some rest time to enjoy and some nice things planned to do. It's easy to forget how important just having fun is for our wellbeing. I'm going out for a long walk with the dogs to enjoy the sunshine and then catch up with friends later.

Reviews like this are so heart warming and mean a lot to me.
This person was struggling with many issues including OCD, IBS and phobias, and had done since being a young teenager. We worked together over quite a few months to help them feel much better and now they are able to enjoy family events, holidays and time with their children and grandchildren, which they couldn't do before.
