Today I had the absolute privilege of delivering life-saving BLS & AED training at the Men Shed, Drumbo . A fantastic, dedicated and passionate Men’s Welfare Group who do not take themselves to seriously but enjoy meeting up , having a bit of craic whilst restoring /making various “things”
A huge thank you for your warm welcome, engagement, support and encouragement and I certainly enjoyed the laughter . 👋👋👋

✅ BLS, AED & Anaphylaxis Refresher Training – Belfast
What a fantastic day in Belfast today delivering refresher training in Basic Life Support (BLS), AED use, and Anaphylaxis management to a group of highly experienced Health Care Professionals.
This group’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and depth of knowledge made today’s session one of the most enjoyable and rewarding I’ve ever had the pleasure of facilitating. The engagement, shared experiences, laughter and teamwork throughout the training were truly inspiring.💪
A huge thank you to everyone who took part — it was an absolute pleasure working with such a dedicated and passionate team. 👋

Tonight, I had the pleasure of delivering CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training to the members of Malone Golf Club.
It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm and teamwork from everyone — especially as the group included both experienced participants and first-time learners. Each member got hands-on with the equipment and really took the time to put their learning into practice. 👏
A special mention to this wonderful group, most of whom were 50 and above — your energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn are truly inspiring. 💪

What a fantastic day delivering First Aid training to the brilliant team 🧠💪

Set against the iconic backdrop of the iconic cranes of Harland & Wolff the training room offered more than just a stunning view — it was filled with an incredibly experienced and engaged group, eager to refresh their knowledge and sharpen their skills.

Their enthusiasm and participation made it an absolute pleasure to facilitate — a real credit to their commitment to safety and preparedness in their vital work. 👏
