Our scars tell a story.
On the outside, they tell one story — what the eyes can see. What we believe others might see… or what we see ourselves when we look at it.
Inside, they tell a very different story.
A story of how the body healed to survive.
To keep itself whole.
Of things that can’t be seen — emotions held deep within about how, why, and who we are now.
Scar tissue forms inside to stabilise, to protect.
And yet, maybe there is pain you can’t quite understand.
Maybe things just don’t feel right.
I’d love to share a little of my client’s story with you, and how I’ve had the privilege of supporting her in the healing of her scar.
