Dog walk musings. Taking the time to snap pictures of the beauty surrounding me as I go.

I’m a yoga teacher and…

I get sick and have injuries. Yoga brings ease but, I am human and sometimes things hurt.

I don’t have all the answers. And I’m personally wary of anyone who claims too. I’m proud to be a life long learner and I love gaining knowledge and understanding.

I get angry. Which is normal and healthy. If you don’t express it, where does the anger go? I’d rather not internalise that.

I don’t judge people on their flexibility or strength of body. You can do an arm balance, great! But does that make you more of a yogi than someone who can’t? Simply put, no. Yoga is way more than this.

I am a yoga teacher and a human being with all the beautiful complexities this brings.

P.s. I also love a good boogie and sipping champagne! Life is a balance 😉
