Had the BEST EVER!!!! Pedicure today from , I highly recommend, it’s called the Elim Luxury Pedicure and it really is luxury. I loved it so much I’ve booked my next one for two weeks time 😂

Then I grabbed mini me and hotstepped it to cause why not?!

I’ve been a busy girl since I last posted!

Curly hair days, dog walks, clients, Reiki 2 day 2 with two beauties, discovering the best ice cream joint in Stirchley AND ITS BEEN THERE FOR 10 YEARS 🤯, the most ridiculous womb healing circle I’ve ever held, staff wellbeing day metropole and shared the room with two masseuse and ending the week with a bed day and chill cause I was EXHAUSTED OUT HERE.

If you have a chill day and wanna binge watch something I recommend The Hook Up Plan on Netflix, it’s French and it’s fabulous 💋

If I see any of my students charging £20 for a 1 hour Reiki session be prepared to get a message from me!!! (In the most empowering, supportive way!)

🔮 I know you want to practice
🔮 I know you doubt your abilities at times
🔮 I know you can’t always tune into your intuition
🔮 I know you think they won’t ’feel’ it

I know ‘cause I’ve been there!

I want you to charge what your sessions are worth, the UK national average price of a Reiki session is £45 to £90. Anything lower than that and you are doing yourself a huge disservice and undercutting other therapists out there.

Hello hello! I’ve never done an about me post before, so, I thought it was about time I introduced myself!

I haven’t always been a healer, my life was more like a car crash in a party! I hope someone can be a little bit inspired by my journey so far ❤️

I want to say a HUGE thank you to all of my clients and students that have graced Moon & Mars with their presence since I launched in 2021. It’s been a crazy whirlwind of lessons, manic moments, tears, belly laughs and mind blowing psychic moments and I wouldn’t change a flipping thing about it.

Being 4 years in the spiritual / holistic / wellness industry has been one hell of a ride so far and I can’t wait to show you what I’m doing for the rest of the year ahead 💃🏻

TODAY! These babes did Reiki 2 day 1 and I had a flipping fabulous day teaching them all!

Some of their words of advice will be up tomorrow, but some are not safe for Instagram 😂

I love spending the day with like minded women who can have a laugh, learn to heal and we just all ‘get it’ - it’s priceless!

Next group course coming up in September, dates will be advertised later this week

Reiki 1 - completed that 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻 3 more self healing babes in the world is a beautiful thing, let me tell you!

Today’s Reiki course coincidences (coz there’s always flipping freakish coincidences on Reiki courses 😂):

1. Me and basically my energetic twin have lived round the corner from each other for 5 years and never set eyes on each other (our lives are a ridiculous mirror of each others)

2. Two of them had the exact same handwriting, like legit, the same handwriting

3. Two of them were nearly work colleagues

And I’ve been awake since 2:30am, have bashed out 11.6k steps so far today just by being my manic self, and I held my first ever Reiki course WITH ZERO SUGAR INTAKE 😱😱😱

I’m off to bed now, bye 💋
