It's time.

Time for you.

It's Natural
Gentle and non-invasive - reflexology works with your body’s natural systems, encouraging rest and reset without force. Just an hour to yourself, no drugs, protocols or equipment.

It's Safe
My treatments offer a quiet, supportive space where you can pause and breathe. Everything is tailored to your comfort — no pressure to talk, no rush to get up and go. Just time for you, in a calm and trusted environment.

It's Balanced
Your body knows how to return to balance — sometimes it just needs a little support.
When everything feels scattered, gentle treatments help you come back to yourself. Calmer. Clearer. More at ease - helping you feel more grounded, centred, and steady from within.

It's time.

Time for you.

..and then there’s the fatigue, the headaches, the restless nights. Swollen feet. Irritability that seems to come from nowhere. Even digestion can feel off when the heat drags on.

In this heat we not only need to be careful of sunburn and dehydration, there's so many other symptoms related to heat exhaustion.

Summer can be a joy — but heatwaves are another matter. When your body is working overtime to stay cool, it’s no wonder everything feels a bit harder.

Small shifts can make a difference — cool compresses, steady hydration, mindful pauses, and breathing more deeply. Giving yourself moments of calm can help your system reset, even in the heat.

If you’re feeling worn down by the heat (or life in general ) and need a calm moment to yourself, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

Reflexology isn't used to diagnose or treat medical conditions, but may support general wellbeing and relaxation.

Don't forget to walk your dog early in the morning or later in the evening when the ground is cooler. If it’s too hot for your hand on the pavement, it’s too hot for their paws.

While they don't directly treat the source of pain, many people find that using this Reflexology / AcuPessure point for pain they feel more comfortable and better able to cope.

Several ways to stimulate this point:

- small circling movement using your thumb or finger

- press gently for 3 seconds, release for 3 seconds

- hold the point with a constant pressure ( not so much that it hurts!), try holding for 2 minutes.

Reflexology and Acupressure, especially used together, can help ease tension, calm the nervous system, and promote a sense of balance.

Reflexology and acupressure are complementary therapies and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns. Results may vary from person to person. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Only 10 minutes from my therapy room - I had a lovely change of pace to start the morning at Hickleton Golf Club for my first Chamber event — Such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, so grateful to be part of the local community.

Then it was back to doing what I love most: bringing calm, supportive treatments to clients, whether at my space in Clayton or in the comfort of their own homes.

Thanks to and the brilliant speakers:

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or face. These points are believed to correspond with different parts of the body.

While individual experiences vary, many people choose reflexology for its potential to:

Support deep relaxation

Encourage a sense of calm and wellbeing

Help reduce feelings of stress or tension

Promote a greater sense of balance in everyday life

Offer a quiet space to pause, breathe, and feel cared for

Reflexology may be used alongside conventional healthcare to promote general wellbeing. However, professional reflexologists do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to cure medical conditions.

Temperatures are rising and a heatwave’s on the way!

When the heat feels intense, pause and try the following to reset:

Take a few slow, deep breaths to calm your system.

Gently press or circle the solar plexus point on your hand or foot (centre of the palm or foot arch) to support relaxation.

Keep cool, hydrate often, and give yourself permission to slow down.
