What a lovely review 🌸🥰

Our mum has senial dementia and has other special needs which can be a challenge. Occasionally she has been quite ill and had to go into hospital. She now has good mental and physical health,this in many ways due to highly professional and varied support during the home care and other focused help provided by Blossom Home Care.

We are so grateful for the work they have done and would have no hesitation in recommending them for home care.

Team leader Role Available...
This role includes -

-Oncall every 3 weeks (paid extra)

-Cover areas of calls as and when required

- Audit daily notes

-spot checks and review of clients

-assist to train new carers within the field

-Key worker for clients

- Attend and help run staff monthly meetings with managers.

-Help market within your area for Blossom Homecare Worcester

You need to be able to drive, have access to a care, and be able to work full time and cover when you are oncall. 😃 Generally care about the clients within the community.
