🫁 Breathe Better, Live Stronger 🌿
November is COPD Awareness Month, COPD is a long-term, progressive lung condition that makes it hard to breathe because airflow in and out of the lungs is obstructed.

Our Pulmonary Rehabilitation Pathway is here to support individuals living with long-term lung conditions in Swansea. Through a 16-week course of tailored exercise and education, we help people take control of their respiratory health and improve their quality of life.
Funded by the Swansea Bay University Health Board Pulmonary Rehabilitation Team, the pathway begins with a Health Board-led programme, followed by the opportunity to continue with NERS-supported sessions.
✅ Designed for conditions like COPD, asthma, and more
✅ Delivered by expert instructors in safe, supportive settings
✅ Led by qualified exercise referral professionals
✅ Group-based sessions held at local Leisure Centres

Whether you're newly diagnosed or managing a chronic condition, our Pulmonary Rehab pathway helps clients move more, breathe easier, and feel better.
