Believe it or not,
Sharon didn’t suddenly wake up one morning with a burning desire to smash 6am workouts and eat chicken, rice and broccoli for the rest of her life 🍗
She’s a mum. A busy one. With a life that doesn’t revolve around the gym (and no interest in pretending it does.)
And these results didn't come from being “super motivated",
They came because she kept showing up, even when she absolutely could not be arsed...
Because the truth no one really tells you?
Is that the start is the easy part (even if you think it's the hardest,)
Because you’re motivated,
With some cute new gymwear,
And you’re suddenly a “meal prep” person for 5 working days a week.
But then… You feel like it gets all gets a bit boring,
A bit more of an effort,
And when life gets busy, motivation disappears off on holiday without you.
^^^ That’s the part that actually matters.
The women who get results aren’t the ones who feel like it all the time,
They’re the ones who do it anyway.
(Helped by having someone in their corner who will notice if they start slipping- that's an absolute gamechanger 👏🏻)
Sharon didn’t need extreme, just like most women don't,
She didn’t need perfect,
She just needed to stay consistent long enough for it to actually work.
And funny enough… it did 💁
She may still be wearing the same shirt these days,
But she's a completely different woman altogether 🔥
