Believe it or not,

Sharon didn’t suddenly wake up one morning with a burning desire to smash 6am workouts and eat chicken, rice and broccoli for the rest of her life 🍗

She’s a mum. A busy one. With a life that doesn’t revolve around the gym (and no interest in pretending it does.)

And these results didn't come from being “super motivated",

They came because she kept showing up, even when she absolutely could not be arsed...

Because the truth no one really tells you?

Is that the start is the easy part (even if you think it's the hardest,)

Because you’re motivated,

With some cute new gymwear,

And you’re suddenly a “meal prep” person for 5 working days a week.

But then… You feel like it gets all gets a bit boring,

A bit more of an effort,

And when life gets busy, motivation disappears off on holiday without you.

^^^ That’s the part that actually matters.

The women who get results aren’t the ones who feel like it all the time,

They’re the ones who do it anyway.

Sharon didn’t need extreme, just like most women don't,

She didn’t need perfect,

She just needed to stay consistent long enough for it to actually work.

Ah yes…

"The overnight transformation" everyone loves 🙃

While just causually ignoring the couple of years it actually took…

Because even though you can see where Laura is right now?

What you don’t see:

– The months where motivation disappeared without warning

– The phases where progress slowed right down (rude)

– The “I’ve fallen off track” messages (more than once)

– The life stuff that got in the way...

So this isn't really a transformation picture that you're looking at,

It's a picture of a woman who refused to quit over a long enough timeline 👏

Because fat loss isn’t about smashing it for 6-8 weeks (even though that can be a great kickstart)

It’s about sticking around for the long game- even when it’s boring, messy, and inconvenient.

There were setbacks. Plenty.

There were breaks. Expected.

There were “right, starting again” moments (more than times than she’d like to admit,)

But instead of deciding it just “wasn’t working", she kept coming back.

Again. And again. And again.

And that’s the difference.

Not a perfect run. Not crazy discipline. Just patience, consistency, and not disappearing when it gets hard.

So if you feel like your results are taking forever…

Then good.

That means you’re probably doing it properly.

I'm running a 5:00am club for 5 women local to Belfast that struggle to find the time to exercise throughout the rest of the day ⏰

Sessions will be based around small group Personal Training, where you’ll join us for a 6 week Body Transformation Program running on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 💪

Here's the thing...

I know that you can probably think of a hundred different reasons to put off treating your health or fitness as a priority;

You're too busy,

You're too tired,

You've no time,

You don't feel motivated,

It's getting dark too early,

Blah, blah, blah 🫠

But I'll tell you this too...

There's also MORE than enough reasons for you to get started;

For your kids,

Your partner,

Your career,

Your parents,

Your friends,

Your longevity

^^^ In fact, there's not one thing that DOESN'T stand to benefit from it,

And the next time you find yourself looking for yet another reason why you "can't" do it?

Consider instead, that there's plenty of damn good reasons why you should 💁
