Running is a fun and fabulous way to keep that heart healthy but sweaty trainers and extra pressure on your feet can mean you need to take extra care of them 🦶💟

Runners can easily suffer from toenail damage and of course Athletes Foot, otherwise known as Tinea pedis, this is a fungal infection which get's in between your toes and on the bottoms of your feet. It can be itchy and sore 😢

Don't let your running practice suffer with any of these problems... get them treated as soon as they occur and you'll soon be back to whizzing around pain free! 😍

Keep your feet healthy and happy! 😍🌟

🤔💭 You may ask why it's important to get rid of hard skin on your feet?...
..without treatment, dry skin can get thicker and crack, this means these areas are vulnerable to infection. You can use foot soaks, exfoliators or pumice stones to remove dry skin from your feet at home or if its got out of hand give me a call. Applying moisturiser after will help to keep hard areas softer and easier to treat. 🦶💕

Hello... I'm Janice and I am the face behind Fab Feet! 🙂

I graduated from The SMAE Institute in Foot Health Care. The course has been credit rated by the Queen Margaret University Edinburgh. My title is Foot Health Professional and I am a member of the British Association of Foot Health Professionals.

I provide a friendly, professional and caring service in the comfort of your own home in Aylesbury and the surrounding areas.

😍 I want you and your feet to be happy!

My aim is to help your feet feel comfortable and ease any pain you may be experiencing. I adhere to a strict cleanliness protocol, wear the appropriate PPE, and follow strict infection control procedures. All equipment used for your treatments is one time use only.
