🦷🦷WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING CHILDREN UNDER 17 YEARS OLD ONTO OUR WAITING LIST! 🦷🦷
To add your child(ren) to our waiting list please email only Dentistingoole@yahoo.com or alternately call in to our reception for an application form.
Please note Emails must include the following :
-Full name of child(ren)
-Date of birth
-Address
-Contact number.
Please DO NOT ring us here, our phone lines are extremely busy and we unfortunately do not have time to take application details over the phone.
Please also note adding your child to the waiting list doesn't guarantee them registration here, people will be contacted for an appointment in order that applications are received.
Once they have had their first appointment with us completed they will then be registered here with us.
