Hello everyone
Just a post to say I'm back working and taking bookings properly again.

I've had a very difficult last 12 months losing dad last June, then caring for mum full time then losing mum in April quite quickly. 😒

So I've not really been doing that much work.

It's the circle of life what we all have to go through at some point but it doesn't make it any easier.

But I'm doing ok and I like to be busy helping people, so drop me a message if you need any help πŸ™πŸ˜Š

He's riding him up from behind then lifting his belly up to lift the shoulder then forward into the bridle.

Absolutly fantastic example of correct riding from your core πŸ‘ πŸ’ͺ

Another fantastic day doing Rider straightness and strength clinic.

We had lots of fun, a bit of pain 🀣πŸ’ͺ and some brilliant results.

Great result this morning really happy with this from one session.
In the first video on the right you can see how she is left side dominant and regardless of which diagonal she's on she is leading with her left hip creating a hooking action with the right leg and both lower legs are swinging.
Also her left glute medius is switched off which is why she looks like she slides out through the left hip.

On the second video after we have completed the session she is much more organised, straighter and her lower leg is much more stable.
We only stratched the surface with stretches, exercises and muscle activation exercises.
I'm looking forward to doing more work with this rider 😊πŸ’ͺ

Active Body Company

Hi my name is Caroline and I own the Active Body Company and I live just out side Skipton in North Yorkshire. My aim is to get people as may people active and to enjoy physical exercise whatever that may be. It doesn’t matter what exercise you do as long as you enjoy it, look forward to training and want to do it – then you are much more likely to get the results you are aiming for.

I class myself as very lucky because I have always enjoyed exercising from a young age and I started teaching my first Aerobics Classes in the local Village hall when I was 15 years old. I went onto study Health and Fitness, became a person trainer, swimming coach along with a whole host of other qualifications. I have now been working in the fitness industry for more than 25 years and the beauty of this industry is that you never stop learning.

After teaching swimming for 20 years and being a personal trainer working for myself, I went onto Manage a private health spa for 7 years and continued to teaching circuits training and kettlebell classes on an evening because I loved it. I then decided I needed some new scenery so I moved to Thailand for 12 months and trained in Muay Thai (Thai boxing) and worked as a PE teacher in an international school.
