General Massage. I started my career as a therapist after spending over 14 years as a professional footballer.
I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and I am passionate about treating people with sports massage and deep tissue massage. My love of football, fitness and sport has allowed me to understand the strains that people put on their bodies and it inspired me to become a professional massage therapist. I have a wide experience as a sports massage therapist. I have worked with athletes, people in the equestrian industry and also with a large number of office workers who are benefitting greatly from massage to relieve back, neck and shoulder pain. Sports massage and deep tissue massage are used for both the treatment and prevention of body ailments and is therefore beneficial to everyone. I am currently working from The Geoff Moulder training pool in Boston. Please do get in contact so that I can structure the treatment to your individual needs at a time to suit you.

Wow what can I say 1 week on from the most incredible day.
Massive thank you to everyone who has donated and sent messages of support, the people in the crowd total strangers shouting my name and encouraging was mind blowing 🫶
I only wanted two things a sub 4 and to enjoy it,
I got 3:52.20 and I Loved every second of running the 26.2 miles. If anyone would still like to donate to hospice uk that would be amazing much love 💛💙
So on Sunday 21st April I will be running the London Marathon for Hospice UK an amazing charity that looked after my Grandad in his final weeks in 2022, if anyone would like to donate to my Just Giving page that would be incredible and mean so much. 💛💙
