I am a Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience. pre or post pregnancy or just exercising for health.

Working with residents of all ages from Virginia Water, Ascot, Windsor & surrounding areas. The past year has been difficult for all of us, however, finally the time has come to get back to normal life and take control. Having been a Personal Trainer for over 10 years, I have worked with many people of different ages (from 16-70 years old) with varying conditions and goals such losing weight, getting married. However, being a Personal Trainer is not just about helping you to manage your lifestyle short term, but also about giving you the tools to feel more confident in life and motivated to manage your health and lifestyle in the future. As a Sports Therapist, I have worked with many people with varying conditions including children aged 9-16 years and adults up to the age of 70 years old. Many of us have become fitter during the past year and some have become more sedentary. Either way, it seems that many of us are experiencing more aches and pains with every day life. Having a sound knowledge of anatomy and soft tissue techniques, I often treat common conditions such back pain, joint pain, muscle tension and help to relieve head aches. Some of which have been treated virtually with advice and exercise prescription. However, from 12th April and with Covid restrictions, I will be treating hands on.
