💗 The 5 Pillars of Health & the 3 Hs of Support 💗inspired by Rachel B
A softer approach to wellbeing and emotional care for women
In my work with women — through movement, massage, coaching, or postnatal care — I always return to this:
✨ When we feel safe, supported, and seen… we heal.
✨ When we truly listen to what the body and heart are asking for… we thrive.
That’s why I love the 5 Pillars of Health — five gentle foundations that help us feel whole, nourished, and more ourselves:
🌿 Movement – Joyful, conscious, restorative. Moving in ways that feel good and keep us connected.
🌿 Nutrition – Nourishment over numbers. Food that supports your energy, hormones, and healing.
🌿 Rest & Sleep – Deep rest is not lazy — it’s powerful feminine medicine.
🌿 Emotional Wellbeing – Making space for feelings. Letting emotions move through, not fester.
🌿 Connection – To self, others, and something greater. Being held in love and sisterhood.
And when you’re in a tender time — postpartum, menopause, recovery, grief, or emotional exhaustion — it’s easy to feel unsure of what you need.
That’s where this gentle check-in comes in:

🫂 Hugged – You need comfort. No fixing. Just warmth and presence.
👂 Heard – You need to speak and be truly listened to — without judgement.

As women, we give this care to others… but forget to ask for it ourselves.
