Having always been fascinated by the reflexology principle that the foot is map of the body, I decided to study the practice when I was pregnant with my first child. I found the treatments to be particularly beneficial for water retention and my general wellbeing. I now specialise in pregnancy and fertility reflexology but anyone is able to feel the benefits. My aim is to give clients an hour or so out of their day where they can take time to reflect. Together we can devise a restorative treatment, allowing for total relaxation and leaving you calm and balanced.
