Today’s workout focuses completely on the core- it is so important to have a strong core (abs, obliques & back)!

You don’t need any equipment so no excuses, get this workout into your routine at least once a week and you will see and feel a huge difference!

ABS ABS ABS:
30 seconds of each exercise, take a rest after completing each set πŸ˜€πŸ’ͺ🏼

3x:
- Abdominal Crunches;
- Full sit ups;
- Alternate Leg Raises.

3x:
- Lying Ankle Reaches;
- Russian Twists;
- Lying Opposite Elbow to Knee Crunches.

3x:
- Superman
- Forarm Plank
- Stationary V-Sit

Really think about your core muscles doing the work and try and relax your neck and shoulders as much as you can! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Some key things to help your heart:

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY:

Quick 20 minute workout, no equipment needed. No excuses- Go for it!! πŸ˜€πŸ’ͺ🏼

Warm up and stretch...

2x:
- 10 Body weight squats;
- 30 secs fast feet on the spot.
Rest.

2x:
- 10 abdominal crunches;
- 30 secs forearm plank.
Rest.

2x:
- 5 press ups;
- 3 burpees.
Rest.

Cool down and stretch!
