Kathryn Fish Personal Training Experienced Personal Trainer based in Maidenhead, Berkshire. I specialise in training women, pregna Home visits may be available.

I'm a qualified and experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer (Premier Training) specialising in women's health and fitness, particularly postnatal training, core strength, weight loss and weight-lifting. Whether you want to restore your core strength after birth, learn to lift weights safely, are new to exercise, or want to take your fitness and strength to a new level, I would love to help you! We will look at your goals, current lifestyle and fitness levels and I will give you a bespoke programme, catering to your individual needs. Your training session will be varied and fun and I hope to make exercise and great nutrition an integral part of your lifestyle. I offer a variety of training options; 1-to-1 personal training, buddy training or small group training in my fully-equipped, covered, outdoor gym space in central Maidenhead. Planning is well underway for our Moving Through Perimenopause workshop. It's designed for all women in their 40s, and open to both Move Happy members and non-members too! And no training experience or fitness level is required.

It's afternoon about informing, empowering, and connecting participants around the topic of Perimenopause.

We can experience perimenopausal symptoms for up to 10 years before we reach the point of 'menopause' itself - so for many early 40s.

Symptoms can often have us feeling like everything we've spent years understanding about ourselves and our bodies changes overnight.

And during this time we know it can feel so much harder to feel connected and positive.

Working within a team of experts, we have designed this workshop packed with information around physiological changes and symptoms, and how the right movement and nutrition can help ease the way.

My second Hyrox race... and I thought that I'd qualified for the World Championship 😱. But at the last minute I was beaten by one place in my age group and by less than a minute! I had zero expectation of qualifying so I'm really proud of my hard work - next year! 😁 💪 Huge thanks to my legend of a coach for pushing me to work harder than I'd ever do by myself and to for all the encouragement and 10,000 Burpees.

Last week's Moving through Menopause workshop was a fantastic joint venture, hosted by Move Happy . GP Kate Irvine, Nutritionist Jenny McGuckian Go Nourish with Jenny and I discussed:

⭐ Nutritional changes and balancing your plate
⭐ How to adapt your exercise for long-term health and vitality

Nicola crushing her pull up goals! 💪💪👏 Nicola approached me a few months ago with the goals of increasing overall strength, refining her barbell skills and achieving her first pull up. Today she did two sets of three!! Hard work, commitment and consistency pay off and Nicola is an amazing example of what can be achieved when you truly commit to your goals. 👊

Finally hit my 100kg deadlift! Consistent effort, progressive overload (gradually increasing weight over time to maintain the challenge) and staying focused on my goals got me there eventually 😁
