Sound bath. A different way to unwind and leave the world behind for a while.
Feel the sounds of the gongs and singing bowls wash over you and your body softens and relax into the healing vibrations of this unique & peaceful practice.

About Hot Yoga
Original Hot Yoga is a structured sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room between 38–40°C. The heat supports safe, deep stretching, encourages circulation, and promotes a natural detoxifying sweat.
Unlike flowing styles, this static practice focuses on precision, stillness, and mindful strength. The sequence systematically works every major system of the body—muscular, skeletal, circulatory, nervous, and endocrine—while cultivating mental clarity and resilience.
With its emphasis on joint safety, accessibility, and measurable progress, this method is widely respected and has been endorsed by GPs, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation professionals. It’s a style proven to be healing, strengthening, and adaptable for all bodies and experience levels.

Curriculum Overview
Throughout the training, you will immerse yourself deeply in both practice and theory. The curriculum includes:
• Daily hot yoga classes, including one day of double practice and one advanced session, to fully embody the sequence and understand key teaching moments.
• Detailed asana labs exploring the alignment, purpose, and mechanics of every posture in the hot series.
• Sequencing principles and the philosophy behind the structure of the hot practice.
• Refined cueing techniques for clear, effective verbal instruction and spoken adjustments in a heated environment.
• Injury awareness and support, including how to adapt postures safely for a wide range of bodies.
• Creative yet safe modifications and variations that honour the integrity of the set sequence.
• Essential anatomy and physiology relevant to hot yoga and static postural work.
• Voice coaching, practice teaching, and personalised feedback to cultivate your unique teaching presence and confidence.
Graduates who complete the training requirements will be eligible to apply to teach this style of hot yoga at Breeze.

Course Structure & Requirements
The training takes place over four immersive days.
You will be expected to arrive on time, attend all sessions, and participate fully in twice-daily practices.
• Morning sessions: Start between 7:00–7:30am
• Afternoon sessions: Conclude between 2:00–3:00pm
This intensive structure ensures you experience the physical, mental, and energetic progression that defines the hot static sequence, helping you teach it with authenticity and depth.

Hassan brings more than a decade of dedicated practice and global teaching experience to this training. Having taught this hot yoga sequence across six continents, he lives and breathes this method. His philosophy is simple and powerful: yoga should be accessible to every body—no frills, no jargon, just effective practice that supports real transformation.
He has witnessed countless students of all ages and abilities heal, strengthen, and thrive through consistent hot yoga practice.
Currently teaching across London and leading workshops worldwide, Hassan created this training after recognising a growing need for skilled, knowledgeable hot yoga teachers. His mission is to help teachers confidently share this deeply healing, empowering practice.

Hey Hottees! 👋🏽
My name is Zoe, my class is Thursday mornings at 6:30, which I absolutely love teaching! I’m passionate about movement, both as medicine and as a means to alchemise the myriad of experiences that life brings, together with a while food diet to nourish, support and heal.
This n my 20’s I worked a stressful job in finance and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. This led me to completely overhaul my way of life and signalled the start of a very long journey back to health. I quit my office job to concentrate on healing my gut, and inspired by my love of rock climbing, retrained as an outdoor instructor. In 2016 I seen an advert for a popup hot yoga class lead by our Jules. I spread the work amongst friends and a group of us, Helen included, went along.
Attending that class, he felt like I had landed right where I was supposed to. I went in to complete my FG teacher training in London in 2019.
One of the things I love the most about being part of Heat is the feeling of community, of being on a shared path in a sense. I am inspired every time I walk through the studio doors. As I was initially by Jack and Jules sharing their knowledge and love of fitness. Inspired by Helen bringing her unique energy and enthusiasm. And inspired by all the other teachers, each bringing their own unique style and passion. But most of all by the wonderful members (hottees), that come through those doors, all aspiring to be as fit and strong as they can. Showing up, even when it’s tough, and taking full responsibility for their quality of life. 🤩
Along side movement, nutrition is absolutely key.
Get that right for yourself and everything else falls into place.
New offerings are coming shortly . Based on my usual staples of whole foods and ferments to nourish and heal. If you’re interested, give me a follow.
I plan to offer a selection of healthy snacks, treats, ferments, and some meal prep options.

Let the sound waves wash over you.

A soundbath activates you parasympathetic nervous system ( your bodies rest and restore response). The sound frequencies and vibrations slow down your brainwaves, allowing you to fully let go, relax and enter a dreamlike state.

benefits include deep relaxation, mood improvement, stress reduction and a good nights sleep.

What should you bring for this session? Just yourself and an open mind. Props and supports will be provided and mats are available to hire if you don't have one. What will you do in this class? The class requires nothing from you apart from you to stay in a comfortable nesting & resting position, laying in a way that is comfortable to you, so you can let the soundwaves wash over you - Bliss!

Core Recovery Yoga

Thursdays 10-11.15am starting 9th April.
A functional yoga class using the Amy Carmody Yoga method to support real women’s bodies. Suitable for women at all ages and stages*. Working from the core and pelvic floor outwards, each class trains for gentle strength and resilience whilst exploring how recovering our core can enable greater function and flexibility in the rest of the body. Expect familiar yoga forms practiced in new ways and a range of supportive props. Each class ends with relaxation.
*from 6 weeks postpartum.

Francesca Young Kaufman is a trauma informed yoga facilitator and somatic therapist, who specialises in functional yoga practices that can support mind and body. She also holds certifications in yin yoga and the Amy Carmody Yoga method. She trains regularly with advanced somatic practitioner Lydia Zamorano, and is passionate about women’s health and wellbeing. Alongside teaching yoga, Francesca is a qualified therapeutic life coach with an online and in person practice based in Bridge of Allan.

Lunchtimes, how do you do yours?
This team chose to come and get busy for 45 minutes, getting strong, moving together and cheering each other on in the process.
There’s lunchtime classes on at Heat where you can come join the team and get a fix of movement and enjoy the after glow of endorphins once it’s all over.
Group exercise does things to your nervous system that solo exercise doesn’t bring. Pack mentality, share the pain, share the work and share the afterglow.

Today the crew from came to the studio for a private yoga class. There were a few nerves but the team soon settled in to the space and got into the groove of the class.

It was a pure pleasure to host the team and they absolutely smashed it.
