The Power of Small Techniques

Sometimes it's the little things that can lead to big changes.

Today, I had the privilege of working with a client who has been carrying years of anxiety and trauma.

We had a lot to unpack, but we started with an understanding of the power of our subconscious mind and just one small technique. Within minutes, 50 years of anxiety and trauma had shifted for them.

They left the session feeling lighter and more hopeful about the journey ahead. While this isn't always the case, and there may be more work to do, that one small step made a significant impact.

It’s a beautiful reminder that sometimes, the smallest actions can lead to the biggest transformations.

Let’s keep finding those little things that can make a difference every day.

Our natural reaction is to focus on threats, even when they're not real. Anxiety can trigger a cascade of symptoms, but avoiding or fighting it only makes it worse. Instead of intensifying symptoms by giving them attention, try facing them head-on.

🚀 To manage anxiety, shift your focus and confront your thoughts and feelings. Don't run away from them. It's time to step into the discomfort zone and process what's going on inside. Remember, avoidance only makes anxiety stronger in the long run. Break free by facing it!

Now is the time to step away from fear/safety and into growth. Then see your sport, your business, your life really improve.
