Read more about my story.....

I caught a a glimpse of myself in a family photo, I was shocked, guilty and ashamed at how I had let myself go. The alarm bells started ringing and I wanted to focus on me again. Yes I am a mom of two beautiful children but I am still me. My self confidence was at an all time low, I turned to food and drink to blot out the real problem, I was in denial. It was a n

ever ending spiral that resulted in this or that diet. I tried to disguise myself in clothes that were way too big. I swallowed my pride and made the first steps towards a new beginning after a friend recommended The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan and I have never looked back! Over three stone lost and a new lease of life. How this diet made me feel was the driving factor to becoming a consultant to help others acheive the same results. I know how hard it is to make the call for help as i've been in your shoes.

🎉 Celebrating 7 Years as a 1:1 Diet Consultant! 🎉

7 years ago, I took a leap into something that changed my life — and hopefully helped change a few others too 💖

In that time, I’ve supported hundreds of incredible slimmers to reach their goals. From the very first consultation to the emotional final weigh-ins — every step matters. And wow, what a journey it’s been 💫

Winning a 1:1 Diet Award in 2022 was a real "pinch me" moment — it recognised not just the results, but the special bond between a slimmer and their consultant. That bond? That’s what I treasure most. Some of you started as clients and became genuine friends ❤️

This business has seen its highs and lows, but I’ve never taken for granted how much of a privilege it is to support people — especially when weight loss feels like the hardest thing to talk about.

I’m still here, still passionate, still cheering you on every step of the way. 🙌

Thank you for trusting me with your journey. Here’s to the next chapter and supportingh more 🥂

Eeek… our trip is now less than 2 weeks away! ✈️
And if I’m being totally honest… since finishing the marathon, I’ve only done about 4 workouts (and barely anything in the lead-up to it either). My motivation? It slipped right through my fingers.

BUT, on Monday, I had a little word with myself. I could either spend the next 2 weeks making excuses, or I could spend them making progress. Because let’s face it—you can’t have both. It just doesn’t work like that.

So… I chose progress!
✅ 2 proper workouts
✅ 2 treadmill sessions
✅ Upped my water intake
✅ Nutrition back on the rise

And YES, I feel so much better already!

Moral of the story?
Even if you hit a wall, dust yourself off, pull up your big girl pants, and keep going! You’ve got this.

Feel more confident in your clothes?

Take a moment today to write down one clear goal — big or small — and commit to it.
This is your reminder that you can do this, and I’m here to cheer you on every step of the way!

Brighton Marathon 2025 – Done!

What a day! We made it to Brighton for the marathon, supported by our number one fans – my mom and dad. Dad was our personal chauffeur, driving us down with zero clue where we were going. Navigating Brighton was chaos – mom kept saying she’s never seen so many people on a beach, never mind just walking around!

We ended up heading out of town and, of course, found a Wetherspoons – let’s just say it was lively. Then it was an early night ready for our 5am wake-up.

We were in wave 3 and saying goodbye felt emotional, like I was heading off on a one-way flight! The first 14 miles went surprisingly well despite the heat – we were keeping a good pace. The hills were tough, and Brighton’s seafront felt never-ending. We jogged and walked, but eventually Paul got cramp, and his knee gave him trouble – he told me to keep going, so I did.

Coming around one corner, I spotted mom and dad – gave them the biggest hug. I needed that! The emotions were real, but I held it together. The route took us along the beach, then through a housing estate. At one point, I saw the 23-mile marker on the other side and thought, “Where even am I?!”

I jogged, I ran, I drank more water than I ever have on a run. Paul sorted us some energy gels – lifesavers! The support from the crowds was unreal – handing out sweets, water, oranges, even sausage rolls (I passed on those, though!).

Once I hit 23 miles, I started counting every step. Mile 25 felt never-ending. But seeing that finish line – wow. The crowd gave me that final push, and I finished strong in 5 hours, 24 minutes, and 16 seconds – under my 6-hour goal!

My legs were jelly, but I kept moving to avoid seizing up. The signal was rubbish and finding mom and dad felt impossible – but eventually I did, just before Paul came in. After a much-needed sit-down and a wild taxi back to the car park, dad drove us home – bless him.

Now I’m soaking in an Epsom salt bath with a cider to celebrate. I did 68,982 steps today – no wonder my legs are screaming! But honestly, I could cry with pride. What an achievement.

Boom. We did it

Getting Real About Perimenopause & Finding My Sparkle Again ✨

Hey everyone, it’s been a while since I’ve properly shown up on here. Truthfully? Life’s been tough—perimenopause has hit me hard.

I lost 3 stone in 2018 with the
and have maintained it ever since. But over the past year, despite keeping my diet the same and running occasionally, my body started changing—night sweats, zero motivation, and weight shifting to my hips, bum, and tummy. My confidence plummeted, and I pulled away from social media and sticking to only messages within my slimmers group. I kept questioning myself—Am I even good enough at what I do?

At work, I isolated myself, took things personally, and became more sensitive than ever. I’d snap, get overwhelmed, and cry at the smallest things like songs on the radio. Social media felt terrifying—What if I was judged? What if no one cared?

I finally opened up to my slimmers, and they were shocked. I’ve always been the one to lift others up, but inside, I was struggling. I reached out to my doctor, had tests and scans—all normal. But I knew something wasn’t right.

That’s when I changed my approach. I started working with an online coach, focused on strength training, and adjusted my diet—eating more, upping my protein, and fuelling my body properly. Without progress pictures, I probably would have given up, but I refuse to undo six years of hard work.

Truthfully, my confidence has taken a hit. I feel like me but in a different body. But today is March 1st. The sun is shining, brighter days are coming, and I’m reminding myself—I am strong enough to navigate this.

This isn’t a post for sympathy; it’s a reminder that we all battle things silently. If any of this resonates with you, know you’re not alone. Let’s talk about it—because no one should go through this feeling isolated. 💛

If you’ve made it to the end—thank you.

Sending love,
Michelle x

Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️

Today is all about love—the love we show to our partners, family, and friends. But there’s one person we often forget to show love to… ourselves ♥️

Loving yourself isn’t big-headed, selfish, or vain. It’s essential. When you truly value yourself, you make choices that honour your well-being—whether that’s nourishing your body, setting boundaries, or believing in your ability to reach your goals.

You wouldn’t speak harshly to someone you love, so why do it to yourself? You wouldn’t neglect their needs, so why ignore your own? Self-love isn’t about being perfect—it’s about showing yourself kindness, patience, and respect, just as you would for others.

So today, alongside celebrating those you love, take a moment to appreciate you. You are worthy of care, kindness, and all the good things life has to offer.

Start loving yourself today because you deserve it ✨️ 🩷

Showing Up for Myself Today 💪🏽🏃‍♀️

This morning was my first Sunday waking up at home instead of coming home from a night shift. I was still up at 6:15 a.m., and I knew today was my chance to get out for a long run. It was grey, wet, and miserable outside—I could have opted for the treadmill, but I didn’t. I laced up and got outside.

And wow… what a run it was! My legs just kept going, and I even changed my route on the go—passing Tamarra’s flat, running through Kings Heath Park, heading towards the Maypole, and back home. I even passed my dad’s house, and he gave me a little wave 👋 (small moments like that mean so much). Oh, and I ran into my sister-in-law, Sam, too!

The last 2-3 miles were tough. I won’t lie—I had to walk, run, walk, and run again. But I never stopped. I kept going. Just under 2 hours, over 21,000 steps before 11 am, and more than 10 miles done!

When I got back, I jumped into the cold water therapy pod—bloody hell, and it was freezing 🥶! It’s been a while since I last did it, so it was tough, but just like my run, I pushed through.

Lately, I’ve been struggling with my confidence, my positivity, and feeling a bit self-paranoid. But today? Today reminded me of my strength. It reignited something in me. The truth is, people can give you all the tools and support in the world, but at the end of the day, you have to do the work. Some days are great, some days are a struggle—but we keep going.

Perimenopause is tough, but it’s happening, and I need to adapt and work with it, not against it.

Whatever you’re doing today, make sure it serves you well. Have a blessed day!

Most of all, I’m so grateful that my legs, my body, and my mindset carried me through. ❤️

📢 Macaroni Cheese Discontinued 📢

Sad news—our beloved Macaroni Cheese has now sold out. We knew it was only a matter of time before we lost a product, especially with all the exciting new additions to our range.

The good news? I’ve got two boxes left, so we’re okay for a little while—but once it’s gone, it’s gone! Let me know if you want to grab some before it’s too late. 💙

"Tonight, I could’ve kept scrolling, but instead, I chose to take action. After seeing my steps just shy of 10,000, I grabbed Milo and headed out for a walk, and now I'm over 12,000 steps 🚶‍♀️

Now, I’ve hit my goal and feel so much better for it.

Sometimes, it’s about choosing progress over procrastination. Be your own motivation—you’re stronger than the excuses!"
