Meet Sam! This gorgeous lady joined my Eastwood Wednesday evening group at Greasley Welfare to lose weight after having her baby daughter. What a fabulous transformation! 5 stones gone for good! Sam embraced everything about Slimming World. From the healthy eating plan, body magic and support each week from me and her friends and fellow slimmers in the group. Sam is pictured here at her husbands recent 40th Birthday party looking and feeling a million dollars! We are extremely proud of you Sam! ###

Meet Jenny! This amazing lady is a member in my lovely ripley slimming world group. Every Thursday morning jenny and her mum, Emma, join all the fabulous ladies and gents at Greenwich Park Pavillion. Jenny is transforming her life with slimming world and it’s a joy to share her weight loss journey. With a food optimising eating plan that’s totally backed by science, a wonderful supportive group and her own drive and determination, Jenny is loving life. As a mum with a busy working life Jenny needed an easy to follow plan that would fit perfectly into her life and that’s exactly why Slimming World works for her.
